What personal information do I collect?
Information that is automatically collected through the use of cookies.

Cookie information is passed in aggregate to the servers operated by Google Inc. so that I can use Google Analytics software to analyse user numbers and patterns. No personal information is associated with the cookie information.

I may disclose your personal data if I need to do so in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation or request, or where I have a legitimate interest in doing so, such as in order to enforce or apply our contract, to investigate potential breaches, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Ian Morgan-Williams. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Apart from the instances set out above, I will never sell, distribute or disclose any of your personal information with any third party.

How long do I keep personal information for?
I will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice.
Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however the longest I will normally hold any personal data (names/addresses) is six years, as required by HMRC.

Can I prevent any information being collected about me?
Yes. You do not need to provide any personal information in order to use the Site. I only require personal information when you make a purchase on the Site or when you choose to get in touch via the contact form.
You can disable the cookies in your browser and this will prevent the Site from using the data string. Consult the Help file in your browser software for details.
